Welcome to ParsiArt! By browsing or purchasing from our webshop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and inspiring experience.

1. General
ParsiArt offers a curated selection of authentic Persian handcrafted products, all made with care and love. Our collections include, but are not limited to:

Persian carpets: hand-knotted wool rugs, silk carpets, Gabbeh, Qashqai, Kilim (flat weave), Felt (Namad), Turkman, and tribal and nomadic rugs
Ceramic pottery and decorative clay items
Minakari (Persian enamelwork) and Khatamkari (marquetry inlay)
Calligraphy artworks, miniature paintings, and regular Persian paintings
Wall art, mirrors, lanterns, figurines, and mosaic décor
Decorative cushions, textiles, curtains, and tableware
Traditional clothing, shawls, scarves, jewelry, and handcrafted fashion accessories
Gift sets, stationery, and other cultural lifestyle pieces

2. Handmade Nature of Products
All ParsiArt items are handcrafted by Persian artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

Slight variations in size, design, or color are natural and highlight the uniqueness of each handmade piece.

Product photos represent items accurately but may differ slightly from what you receive.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable Dutch VAT, unless otherwise specified.

Payments can be made securely via:
iDEAL, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, JCB, UnionPay, and Discover.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices at checkout will be honored for placed orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping across Europe. Delivery times vary by country and courier.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.

ParsiArt is not responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect information.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless we are at fault (e.g., damaged or wrong item).

Email support@parsiart.com before initiating any return.

6. Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos and order details so we can promptly resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property
All site content—including product images, descriptions, and branding—is the intellectual property of ParsiArt and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and only use personal information to process orders and provide support. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, the country of origin for all product sales. Disputes shall be resolved by Dutch courts.
