ParsiArt offers shipping across Europe. Delivery times vary by country and courier.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.

ParsiArt is not responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect information.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  2. Custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect.

  3. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless we are at fault (e.g., damaged or wrong item).

  4. Email support@parsiart.com before initiating any return.

  5. Please check your order upon delivery. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos and order details so we can promptly resolve the issue.
